Garrett W. Gleim is a CPA, CGMA, and a Certified Flight Instructor. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Concentration in Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
He earned his private pilot certificate in 1997 in a Piper Super Cub. He is a commercial pilot (single and multi-engine), ground instructor (advanced and instrument), and flight instructor (instrument and multi-engine), and is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, National Association of Flight Instructors, and Society of Aviation and Flight Educators. He is the author of study guides for the private/recreational, instrument, commercial, flight/ground instructor, fundamentals of instructing, and airline transport pilot FAA knowledge tests.
In 2006, Mr. Gleim passed the CPA exam. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He helps edit the Gleim CPA Review System, CIA Review System, CMA Review System, EA Review System, and the Exam Questions and Explanations series.
