Bruce is a graduate of Marquette University, where he earned a BS in Business Administration. He later earned his MS in Management from Troy University. A retired Military Pilot and Flight Instructor, Bruce spent nearly 26 years in the Marine Corps, serving as an Enlisted Aviation Electrical Technician (Avionics), a CH53 Helicopter Pilot, Naval Flight Instructor – Instrument, and an Internal Pilot/ Mission Commander for the Marine Corps UAV – Drone Program. Many years ago, he had his picture on the front page of USATODAY and, more recently, he was a judge for a Miss America Regional Pageant.
